Out Of Hours Services

At PDL, we offer a complete out of hours service for clients in urgent need of our services.

We have an out of hours private detective on duty at all times, meaning we’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are able to immediately provide out of hours services anywhere in the UK, or immediately set operations in motion across Europe and worldwide, via our trusted private detectives on the ground in over 60 countries.

How It Works

Our standard working hours are 7:00 am – 7 pm (GMT), Monday – Friday.

To access our out of hours service, follow these steps:

1. Phone us on +44 (0)20 3747 1865 as usual
2. Select the relevant ‘out of hours’ option from the options provided
3. Connect with the private detective on duty who will handle your enquiry

Out Of Hours Service Fees

We charge a minimum £600 (including UKVAT) fee for instructions given out of hours. This is just a minimum fee and the actual fee may be different.

Alternatives

If your enquiry is less urgent, the following options are available to you at all times:

• Wait until the next working day and make contact for your free appraisal
• Send an email out-of-hours. We’ll endeavour to respond on the next working day.
